Hey everyone,

Thanks for checking out my blog and following along with my stories, tips and recipes on being a Monday to Friday vegetarian. In this section you can learn a little more about, well, me!

I am a Registered Dietitian working in the Waterloo Region and in South Central Ontario. I graduated from the Applied Human Nutrition program at the University of Guelph in 2005. I then worked in the field of nutrition and decided to do some more schooling before becoming an RD. I completed my Masters of Health Science in Community Nutrition at the University of Toronto in 2009 and have been working as an RD ever since.

I have enjoyed my path in nutrition so far and am grateful for my time at school, various jobs and personal experiences that I have had with food, nutrition and health. I have had great opportunities to work in food industry, public health and in the community.

I currently own my own nutrition consulting business, Whole Food Therapy. I combine nutrition advice with tasty meal ideas, to help make healthy eating taste delicious! I offer services that include cooking lesssons, food demonstrations, grocery store tours, meal planning, one-to-one counseling and family counseling.
Nutrition is a complicated subject, ever growing, ever changing. I will work hard everyday to learn more and share more as research emerges and opinions change ;-)
